Peñalara-GHC, an essential tool for creating the school timetables.

Before using GHC, the timetables were created manually using a template and filling in the gaps by hand.

GHC solved our problem, being able to use the software to create timetables with more conditions than before.

It was useful to obtain the data from our academic manager application, Itaca, create divisions in groups and put conditions.

The first year, I found the use of the program quite difficult because you must learn through video tutorials. I would have preferred a teacher to teach me directly.

It was stressful not being able to get a timetable for the educational centre. I had to call the central office many times to clarify myself.

The software was very useful and it gives me confidence. This second year was better, I knew more about the programme and it is very good tool to create timetables. It is also true that I have suggestions for improvement.
